Tommy is a corporate paralegal and has been specializing in corporate law since 2005. He assists the lawyers with the preparation of documents relating to incorporations, organizations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, share provisions, roll-overs, estate freezes and various other transactions. In addition, he assist the lawyers with the preparation of closing documents in various corporate transactions involving, among other things, mergers, acquisitions and fiscal and commercial reorganizations. He also conducts minute book reviews, particularly to identify deficiencies and prepare remedial materials. Tommy joined Osler’s Corporate Group in 2020.
