Victoria Luxford

Victoria is an associate in the Disputes group of our Vancouver office, where she maintains a broad practice of corporate/commercial litigation. She has experience in a wide range of commercial matters including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, and corporate and securities law matters. Victoria has appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court of Canada. Prior to joining Osler, Victoria was an associate at a leading regional law firm. She previously clerked at the Supreme Court of Canada for Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin and Justice Sheilah Martin (2017-2018) and at the Federal Court for Justice Michael Phelan (2016-2017).
