Yvette has over 30 years of commercial litigation experience and over 15 years of experience working on class action files. She assists on all stages of litigation and manages large document files. Yvette deals with various courts including Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada.

Yvette assists with drafting documents including pleadings, releases, consent orders, costs outline, bill of costs and court forms. She prepares material regarding examinations for discovery including affidavits of documents, coordinating examinations, reviewing transcripts, and drafting charts for undertakings/under advisements/refusals.  Yvette has experience generating motion records, application records, mediation briefs, pre-trial briefs, trial records, appeal books and compendia including compiling documents and exhibits, hyperlinking factums, compiling case law for books of authorities and uploading to caselines.
