Abigail is an associate in the Employment and Labour Group of our Vancouver office. Abigail’s practice involves a wide range of employment law matters including advising employers on human rights, dismissal, and executive compensation.
Abigail also frequently advises on workplace policies, diversity and inclusion policies, and compliance with human rights legislation. A majority of her clients are in the emerging companies and technology sector, but Abigail has experience advising both privately held and publicly traded companies.
In addition to her advisory practices, Abigail also provides transactional support to clients on a broad range of transactions, including corporate reorganizations, share and asset purchase deals.
