Alexandra is an associate in our corporate group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, venture capital and general corporate matters.

Alexandra is a graduate of the B.C.L/LL.B. program at McGill University. While in law school, Alexandra clerked at the Cour du Québec and served as a political advisor to a federal cabinet minister. Prior to law school, Alexandra worked in public policy and international affairs in Montréal, Paris, Geneva and New York.

Alexandra joined the firm as a summer student in 2018 and completed her articles with the firm in 2020.
