Calvin is an associate in the Montréal office and a member of the Corporate Group. He practises in commercial law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity and technology. He advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of issues, including acquisitions and sales of private businesses, capital investments, outsourcing arrangements, strategic alliances, technology, distribution, development and licensing, information technology and e-commerce issues.  Before joining the firm, Calvin practiced in another Canadian law firm.
