Chelsea is an associate in Osler’s Competition and Foreign Investment group. Her practice covers all areas of competition/antitrust, foreign investment, and international trade, with a special focus on sanctions law and regulatory investigations.
Chelsea is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School. She has interned at various United Nations offices, including the United Nations Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals in the Hague, and Canada’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations.
Prior to law school Chelsea obtained a Masters in Global Aﬀairs from the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Aﬀairs, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Western Ontario. She joined Osler as a summer student in 2018 and completed her articles with the firm in 2019-2020.
