Claire is a civil engineering graduate whose practice covers a wide range of commercial, project finance and regulatory matters focused in the construction, energy and infrastructure industries. She has experience assisting on complex projects related to commercial and industrial construction, renewable energy, and power generation.

Claire earned her J.D. from the University of Toronto, where she most recently served as a working group leader for the International Human Rights Program. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelors in Applied Science from Queen’s University where she received the Medal in Civil Engineering.

Claire joined Osler as a summer student in 2020 and completed her articles with the firm in 2022. Prior to joining Osler, Claire worked as a summer student at an intellectual property law boutique in Toronto where she gained experience as a member of the firm’s patent group.
