Douglass is an experienced associate who regularly advises both public and private companies on complex transactions and initiatives with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions and other general corporate matters.

Douglass completed her J.D. at Queen’s University in 2014. She previously obtained her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Art History from Queen’s University, after which she worked in the marketing and event departments of the Canadian Football League. Douglass joined the firm as a summer student in 2013 and completed her articles with the firm in 2014-2015.
