Ferial is an associate in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies group. Her practice focuses on venture capital and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, emerging companies and general corporate matters.

Ferial completed her J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she worked with the LLM International Program at Osgoode Professional Development served as the Vice President of the Business Law Society. Ferial joined the firm as a summer student in 2019 and completed her articles with the firm from 2020 to 2021.
