On April 22, 2025, FundThrough announced that it raised a US$25-million Series B funding round, led by existing investor Klister Credit Corp. The investment will support FundThrough’s aggressive growth strategy, including further acquisitions, advancements in AI and technology, enhanced user experiences and accelerated product innovation.

FundThrough also announced that it acquired Ampla, a prominent provider of financial technology solutions for consumer brands. This transaction enhances FundThrough’s digital-first ecosystem, creating a robust platform tailored to SMBs.

FundThrough provides invoice factoring for small and medium-sized businesses allowing them to sell their unpaid invoices to FundThrough and get cash upfront for their business needs rather than waiting for a client to pay.
