Alexander is an associate in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies group. His practice focuses on emerging companies, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate matters.
Alexander completed the Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration joint program at the University of Toronto. In the MBA portion of his degree, he was a Bregman Scholar and Dean’s List recipient, graduating in the top 10% of his class. Prior to law school, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen’s University. Alexander joined the firm as a summer student in 2021 and completed his articles with the firm in 2023.
Prior to joining Osler, Alexander taught LSAT courses and tutored prospective law students. He also worked at the Paris office of an international law firm.
