Daniel is an associate in the Toronto office and a member of the Emerging and High Growth Companies group. His practice focuses on emerging companies, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.
Daniel completed the J.D program at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. During law school, Daniel acted as the Vice President of Sports Events for the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Daniel also volunteered as an intake worker for Downtown Legal Services.
Prior to attending law school, Daniel obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto. Over the course of his undergraduate studies, he served as the Marketing Coordinator for the University of Toronto Sports and Business Association.
