Lauren is an associate in the Corporate Group of our Vancouver office. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities law with an emphasis on capital market transactions. Prior to law school, Lauren worked in Communications for York University.
Lauren completed her J.D. at the University of Victoria Faculty of Law. She obtained her Master of Arts (M.A.) and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with distinction from the University of Toronto, majoring in English Literature.
