On June 8, 2023, an affiliate of Aldesta Hotels and Resorts completed its acquisition of Fairmont Hot Springs Resort Ltd, which operates Fairmont Hot Springs resort in the Canadian Rocky Mountains featuring mineral hot spring pools. The resort includes a ski hill, spa, hotel, lodge, golf courses, various restaurants, and an RV park.
