Anousheh Torabi

Anousheh is a partner in Osler's Commercial Real Estate Group. Anousheh has a range of experience in real property matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, real estate development and lending for industrial, office, retail and residential portfolios. Prior to joining Osler, Anousheh practiced Commercial Real Estate law at national firms in Calgary and Vancouver.

  • Drax Group in the acquisition of Princeton Standard Pellet Corporation’s pellet plant
  • Oak Street Real Estate Capital in the acquisition of Western Canadian Place
  • Acquisition and financing of office, retail and residential space in Vancouver and Calgary
  • Represented tenants and landlords in various long-term ground leases for development of mixed-use and hotel sites in Calgary and Victoria
  • Assisted various government and public institutions with the acquisition and development of various commercial sites
  • Represented major retailers in the negotiation and settlement of leases in Alberta and British Columbia
