Sandra is the Head of Osler Works - Transactional at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, where she oversees a large team of lawyers, paraprofessionals and other legal professionals, and leverages technology, to support deal teams and clients in the context of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, corporate financings and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Osler, Sandra was a partner at another national firm in both its Toronto and Ottawa offices, where she specialized in the areas of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate restructurings and corporate governance; and was awarded a national leadership in mentoring award for her mentorship of associates.

Sandra was named one of Ottawa’s top “Forty Under 40”, an award that recognizes accomplished business leaders from the National Capital Region for their innovation, entrepreneurial spirit and community involvement. Sandra obtained first-class honours from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of law.
