In his role as Chief of Strategic Enterprise Initiatives , Simon oversees innovation initiatives across the Firm. He ensures Osler effectively develops innovative thinking into practical applications for continued excellence in client service. Simon is also responsible for Firm-wide knowledge management functions and library services at the Firm.

Prior to joining Osler, Simon was a Director of Knowledge & Research Services at another Canadian firm. Simon also served as Knowledge Management Lawyer at Osler in the Financial Services Group. Before taking on knowledge management roles, he was an associate in a large firm Financial Services practice.
