On June 30, 2026, Dominion Dynamics announced that it raised US$100 million in a Series A financing led by Georgian, making it the largest Series A round in Canadian defence history. The round included participation from Valor Equity Partners, Expeditions, Lakestar, OMERS, Business Development Bank of Canada, Royal Bank of Canada, Deloitte Ventures (Canada), JDY Capital and existing investors British Columbia Investment Management Corporation, Bessemer Venture Partners, Garage Capital, Golden Ventures and Silent Ventures. Dominion Dynamics plans on utilizing the financing towards accelerating the development of AuraNet and Scout, its autonomous collaborative platform, and growing its team.
