On May 14, 2024, Béton Provincial announced its acquisition of most of CRH Canada’s assets located in Quebec and Newfoundland and Labrador, and a terminal located in the state of New York. Through this acquisition, Béton Provincial has advanced its vertical integration of its operations and diversified its product offerings.
