On June 9, 2020, Canadian Business Growth Fund (CBGF) announced its minority equity investment in Proposify. The funding will be used to help the company prepare for future growth and ensure its success continues post pandemic. The investment will also enable Proposify to benefit from CBGF’s guidance and expertise. This marks CBGF’s first investment in Atlantic Canada.

Proposify is a Halifax based SaaS company focused on streamlining the proposal process of creating, sending, tracking and e-signing proposals, contracts, agreements and other sales documents.
