On November 5, 2021, Diversey Holdings, Ltd. a leading provider of hygiene, infection prevention and cleaning solutions, announced it had completed the acquisition of certain assets of Avmor Ltd., a Canadian based supplier of specialist hygiene solutions for the Institutional industry. This acquisition will strengthen Diversey’s market presence in Quebec and Canada and enhance its service and product offerings for distributors and direct customers.
