On October 4, 2012, Dream Industrial REIT (formerly known as “Dundee Industrial REIT”) completed its initial public offering of 15,500,000 Units for gross proceeds of $155 million. The proceeds of the offering were used to fund the purchase of two industrial portfolios across Canada for a purchase price of approximately $575 million and $159 million, respectively.
