On June 23, 2026, Superhuman, formerly Grammarly, announced its acquisition of GPTZero. This acquisition will support the integration of GPTZero’s AI detection and authenticity tools into Superhuman’s broader productivity platform.
GPTZero is a New York City–based AI detection platform that checks text for content generated by large language models. Its platform includes AI detection, hallucination detection, plagiarism checking and related tools for identifying the origin and integrity of online content.
Superhuman is a productivity platform that provides AI-enabled writing and workplace tools. Formerly known as Grammarly, Superhuman has developed tools focused on writing assistance, AI detection and content authenticity.
