Haivision Systems Inc. in its acquisition of CineMassive Displays, LLC

On June 30, 2021, Haivision Systems Inc. announced its agreement to acquire CineMassive for US$30 million. The acquisition combines real-time video network technology and mission-critical visual collaboration solutions for Haivision’s defense, government and enterprise customers. Haivision also plans to expand into new global markets and increase its reach to state, local and public security.

Haivision Systems specializes in providing infrastructure solutions for the video streaming market, servicing enterprises and governments globally.

CineMassive is a provider of high-performance custom-built video wall systems.
