Eric Levy is a partner in the Corporate Group and a member of Osler’s Partnership Board. He is Chair of Osler’s Gaming Group and previously served as Chair of the Montreal Corporate Group.
Eric specializes in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and has significant experience in public offerings, private placements, recapitalizations and stock exchange listings. He has developed a stellar international reputation and has over 25 years of experience advising on complex issues concerning securities and governance matters. He is an advisor to numerous Canada-based private and public companies as well as multinationals in various industries, including mining and gaming. Eric has extensive expertise advising private equity funds in connection with acquisitions, divestures and investments.
