On June 15, 2018, Sphinx Resources Ltd. announced it has closed a non-brokered Private Placement for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $260,000. The Private Placement consisted of 5,000,000 common shares and 150,000 flow-through common shares.
The net proceeds will be used by Sphinx Resources to fund their zinc projects in southwestern Québec as well as for general working capital purposes.
