On September 8, 2022, HyperComply announced that in January of this year, it had raised US$6.4 million in an equity seed financing led by Golden Ventures and FirstMark Capital with participation from Garage Capital and Panache Ventures. With this funding, HyperComply fuels the launch of its new Due Diligence Product, a tool for procurement teams to automate and track security questionnaires.
