On February 2, 2024, Mapei, through its subsidiary Mapei Canada, announced its acquisition of Diaplas. The acquisition will afford Mapei new opportunities to expand within North America and diversify their current product offerings.
Mapei S.p.A. is an Italy-based manufacturer of chemical products for the building industry.
Diaplas operates as a Canadian manufacturer of moldings for ceramic tiles installation.
