Josh Blatt is an associate in the Corporate Group of our Montréal office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Josh advises public and private companies, private equity firms, and emerging high growth companies of various sizes and industries on a broad range of transactional and corporate matters. He acts for clients in Canadian, U.S. and international acquisitions and dispositions, securities offerings, venture capital financings, strategic investments, reorganizations, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters.
Josh holds both civil law and common law degrees from McGill University, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from McGill University, where he graduated with distinction. He placed first on the Québec Bar’s Honour Roll of Excellence for having achieved the highest mark on the Québec Bar exams in 2020–2021.
