On May 14, 2025, Mountain Province Diamonds announced that it had entered into a $33-million revolving working capital facility with Dunebridge Worldwide Ltd. (Dunebridge), a related party and insider of the company, amending and restating the company’s existing bridge credit facility agreement with Dunebridge. The revolving working capital facility is part of an overall refinancing package to address the company’s working capital requirements through 2025.

Mountain Province Diamonds is a Canadian diamond company that operates the world’s largest diamond mine, located in the Northwest Territories, in a joint venture with De Beers.
