Ritual in its US$70 million Series C financing

On June 6, 2018, Ritual announced that it has completed its Series C Financing round of US$70 million. The round was led by Georgian Partners, which joined existing investors Greylock Partners, Insight Ventures, and Mistral Venture Partners.

Ritual is a Toronto-based food ordering app that connects restaurants with customers to offer a simple, time saving tool to place, pay for and pick-up lunch orders for themselves and their workplace teams. It works with more than 3,000 restaurants to serve customers in 10 cities across North America, including Boston, Chicago, New York, and its hometown of Toronto.
