On September 21, 2020, SP Armow Wind Ontario LP completed its $700 million financing in non-recourse debt to finance working capital requirements for the Armow wind farm in Canada.
SP Armow Wind Ontario LP is a 50/50 joint venture comprising of Pattern Energy Group and Samsung Renewable Energy Inc. The joint venture developed the 180 MW Armow wind project located in Kincardine, Ontario, Canada. The Armow wind farm, which began operations in 2015, is comprised of 91 2.3 MW Siemens Energy wind turbines.
