On May 22, 2019, Postmedia Network, the largest publisher by circulation of paid English-language daily newspapers in Canada, announced its minority stake acquisition in The Logic Inc. Terms of the acquisition are undisclosed.
The Logic, founded in 2018, provides in-depth reporting on the organizations, policies and people driving transformational change.
