On December 1, 2021, Epiq announced it has acquired Simplex Services Inc., a Canadian-based alternative legal services provider. The acquisition will increase the scale of Epiq’s legal talent offerings in Canada and will provide Epiq with Simplex’s technology to support its growth in the United States.
Epiq is a global legal technology company focused on streamlining the administration of business operations, class action and mass tort, court reporting, eDiscovery, regulatory, compliance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters.
