On June 22, 2022, Nudge announced its acquisition by Axonify, a software company that provides communications and training software to frontline employees. With this acquisition, Axonify and Nudge will offer the best-in-class tools for frontline-devoted organizations as well as deliver an integrated approach to learning, engagement, and execution.
