Jeremy is an associate in the firm's Emerging and High Growth Companies Practice, in Toronto. His practice focuses on corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Jeremy represents a range of clients, from emerging and growth stage company clients and entrepreneurs to venture capital firms, private equity and strategic investors.
Jeremy completed his J.D. program at the University of Western Ontario and obtained his Honours Bachelor of Journalism from Toronto Metropolitan University. He also spent a semester abroad at the University of Copenhagen, Faculty of Law.
