On December 6, 2021, OpenChannel, a marketplace software platform which helps users create apps and custom workflows across websites, mobiles, wearables, and virtual realities, announced its acquisition by Stripe Inc. Under the terms of the acquisition, OpenChannel’s team will become part of Stripe’s remote hubs and work on ecosystem integrations for Stripe.
Stripe is an Irish-American financial services and software as a service company offering payment processing software and application programming interfaces for e-commerce websites and mobile applications.
