Elsie received her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. During law school, she worked as a research assistant to Professor Dennis Pavlich and served as Vice President External for the Allard Christian Legal Fellowship.
Elsie represented Allard at the 2025 Laskin Moot and gained practical experience as a legal extern at a global apparel company through Allard’s Corporate Counsel Externship program. She also volunteered with UBC’s Legal Education Outreach program, helping high school students learn more about the legal profession.
Prior to law school, Elsie obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts from York University, Glendon Campus, majoring in International Studies.
