Andrew's practice is committed to providing strategic legal guidance to entrepreneurs, leading them through the intricate legal landscapes and transactional complexities inherent in establishing and scaling Canada's leading high growth ventures.

Andrew Irwin is a senior associate in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies practice group. His practice focuses on advising entrepreneurs, startups and venture-backed technology companies at all stages of their growth trajectory, as well as the venture capital firms and strategic investors that finance them. He has extensive experience advising on common and preferred equity and convertible security financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and governance, and founder tax planning.

Andrew joined the firm as a summer student in 2014, completed his articles with the firm in 2015–2016 and returned as an associate in 2016.
