Asma is an associate in Osler’s Financial Services Group.
She advises and represents both financial institutions and borrowers in a wide range of debt financing transactions, including syndicated loans, project financings and various other financing transactions, both regionally and nationally. Part of her practice is dedicated to venture debt financing.
Prior to joining Osler, Asma worked for several years at the Québec Court of Appeal in Montréal, and during her university journey, she completed a clerkship at the Superior Court of Québec with the Honourable Judge Paul Mayer.
