Ferial Fekri is an associate in Osler Toronto’s Emerging and High Growth Companies group. Her practice focuses on venture capital and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic reorganization transactions, and general corporate matters.
She has represented numerous emerging companies throughout their life cycle, as well as investors, in various financing rounds and acquisitions, ranging from Seed to Series D and beyond.
Ferial completed her J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she also worked with the LLM International Program at Osgoode Professional Development. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and contributes to Osler’s long-standing relationships with Next Canada and Pro Bono Ontario’s Legal Advice Hotline.
