Geneviève is an associate in the Montreal office and a member of the tax group. She advises clients on the tax considerations and issues related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings and reorganizations, and compensation of directors and officers.
Prior to joining Osler, Geneviève was an associate at another leading corporate law firm.
