Hailey is an associate in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies Group. Her practice focuses on emerging companies, venture capital, corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
Hailey is a graduate of the JD/MBA program at the University of Toronto. During law school, Hailey volunteered as an intake worker for Downtown Legal Services and co-founded the Law Film Society. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen's University.
Hailey joined the firm as a summer student in 2021 and completed her articles with the firm from 2022 to 2023.
