Leo is a member of Osler's Legal Operations team. As a lawyer and technologist, he works closely with the firm's leadership and transactional practice groups to formulate and implement strategic innovation initiatives.
His practice brings together a unique combination of technology, user-centered design, and process improvement to streamline delivery of legal services. At Osler, he spearheads initiatives using generative artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, workflow automation, and other innovative technology. He also works with Osler's software development team to build custom solutions.
Prior to joining Osler, Leo was a corporate associate in the Toronto office of an international law firm, advising clients on securities, mergers and acquisitions, and secured lending, with secondments to Royal Bank of Canada. He also worked as a product manager and product designer at a venture-backed legal technology company.
