Marta is a partner in the Financial Services practice group, with a focus on project finance, infrastructure development, public-private partnership, as well as acquisition financing and cross border transactions. She also has extensive experience in debt capital markets.
Marta has advised on landmark transactions across Canada in a variety of industries, including healthcare, transportation, electricity, renewable energy and technology. She regularly represents domestic and foreign lenders, equity sponsors and corporations in connection with complex debt financing transactions. Marta’s clients appreciate her practical and business-oriented approach to negotiations.
