Minji is an associate in our corporate group. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities law with an emphasis on capital markets transactions including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements and corporate reorganizations. Minji is experienced advising clients on matters regarding securities regulatory compliance, stock exchange matters, continuous disclosure obligations, corporate governance along with general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Osler, Minji practised for four years in the areas of corporate and securities law at another major Canadian law firm. She also has prior experience working at one of the leading law firms in Korea.
