Myriam Lapierre

Myriam is the Director of Legal Talent in the Montréal office. She is responsible for talent management, including the associate and student programs, the management and administration of student recruitment, lateral recruitment, and the training and professional development of our lawyers. She supports the national strategic direction by participating in the development and implementation of initiatives regarding talent management, the promotion and retention of lawyers and the advancement of the diversity and inclusion programs. Myriam also participates in the professional advancement of lawyers at the firm through her involvement in practice management and performance, mentoring, performance evaluations, compensation, and admission to partnership.
