Rachel is an associate in Osler’s Real Estate group. Her practice encompasses a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings and leasing.
Rachel joined Osler as a summer student in 2023 and returned to article with the firm in 2025. During her articles, she completed a secondment at Scotiabank, where she strengthened her client-centric approach to problem solving.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Western Law, where she volunteered as a Caseworker for Pro Bono Students Canada’s Landlord and Tenant Project, worked in residential real estate and gained in-house experience at CIBC during her first-year summer. Upon graduation, she received the Law Society of Ontario Prize for academic merit, awarded to the top fifteen students in the graduating class.
Prior to law school, Rachel completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a minor in Economics from Rotman Commerce at the University of Toronto, with High Distinction.
