Sandra is a Paralegal in the Corporate Group of our Montréal office and has been specializing in corporate law since 2005.
She handles tasks such as preparing annual resolutions, declarations, returns and reports, and managing extra-provincial registrations, incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, revivals, and complex share and asset transactions. Sandra also has knowledge in not-for-profit corporations.
She conducts thorough minute book reviews, identifying deficiencies and creating remedial materials. She provides key support to lawyers and clients in mergers and acquisitions, financings, fiscal reorganizations and commercial reorganizations. Sandra is also actively involved in the implementation and integration of corporate technology systems, knowledge management, creating precedents and templates to streamline processes. Sandra has specialized experience in startups (mainly working with our Emerging and High Growth Companies Group), Sandra is focused on mentoring team members and is committed to cultivating a collaborative work environment.
